Zebra Technologies Corporation announced that the required waiting period under the U.S. Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 has expired, with respect to Zebra’s definitive agreement to acquire the Enterprise business (excluding iDEN) of Motorola Solutions, Inc.
